ABSTRACT
The glori lily (Gloriosa superba L.) is an important endangered medicinal crop in India. To study the agronomic practices, uptake and post harvest soil nutrient status, yield performance of glori lily. The treatments consisted of four organic and inorganic manures were used. Among the organic manures, application of EFYM@750 kg ha-1 (M3) was recorded highest values of yield attributes. Application of 100 percent recommended N, 120 kg ha-1 (S1) recorded the higher value of yield attributes. The interaction of EFYM @ 750 kg ha-1 + 75% recommended dose of nitrogen @ 90 kg ha-1(M3S2) are registering the better crop yield. The NPK uptake was higher with EFYM applied @ 750 kg ha-1 found to be an appropriate agro-technique for augmenting the productivity of glori lily and sustaining to soil health. The highest post harvest nutrients (NPK), status were recorded with application of FYM @ 12.5 t ha-1.
