Once an author completes the final submission of their manuscript to GREEN FARMING Journal and pays the subscription charges, the publication process promptly begins, incurring costs for the journal. If an author wishes to cancel publication after this stage, as per the guidelines and instructions agreed upon during initial and final submission, we regret to inform that we do not offer refunds for the subscription charges paid.

However, we do allow authors to withdraw their papers after our approval, and they are free to publish the manuscript elsewhere. We believe that this policy is fair to both parties, as it enables us to continue providing quality services while also giving authors the flexibility to make decisions that are best for them.

We understand that choosing the right publication venue is a crucial decision, which is why we give authors enough time to consider publishing with us or not before making the final submission.
