ABSTRACT
The study was conducted in three purposively selected agricultural universities in Rajasthan total nine constituent colleges were selected from these three agricultural universities. For the study purpose. 60 per cent of teachers were selected from every college by using simple Random sampling technique. Study shows that 52.41 per cent teachers had medium awareness regarding selected ICT tools in all the selected agriculture universities combinedly. Among the different ICT tools the agricultural university teachers were having highest of awareness about e-mail (MPS 94.76) which was assigned first rank followed by internet (MPS 94.27) mobile phone( MPS 94.15) and desktop (MPS 92.30) which were ranked second, third and fourth, respectively. The agricultural university teachers were having least awareness about kindle (MPS 52.69) which was awarded last rank. There was a significant difference between the teachers of SKNAU, Jobner, SKRAU, Bikaner and MPUAT, Udaipur with regard to their awareness about different ICT tools
