ABSTRACT
The phytoextracts of ten plant species evaluated in vitro by poison-food technique against Alternaria alternata (Fr.) Keissler revealed that rhizome extract of turmeric (Curcuma longa L) produced strong inhibition followed by neem (Azadirachta indica Juss.) and dhatura (Datura stamoneum L.).
Key words :
Alternaria alternata, leaf blight, phytoextracts, Polianthes tuberosa, tuberose.
