ABSTRACT
Detailed geometric parameters of linseed seeds are very important for the design of food engineering processes such as the grading, milling etc. Hence the study was carried out to characterise the genotypes. 136 linseed genotypes were classified into different groups based on their seed morphological characteristics viz., length, width, shape and 1000-seed weight. All the genotypes were identified and grouped as per the frequency distribution table.
Key words :
Linseed genotypes, Morphological characters, Seed area length & width, Seed image analysis.
