ABSTRACT
An pot culture experiment was carried out to know the efficacy of local isolates of different bio-agents like Paecilomyces lilacinus 10 g/kg seed; Trichoderma viride 5 g/kg seed; Trichoderma viride 20 g/kg of soil; Paecilomyces lilacinus 10 g + Trichoderma viride 5 g/kg seed ; Aspergillus niger 10 g/kg seed and Pseudomonas fluorescens - 10 g/kg seed against pigeon pea cyst nematode (Heterodeara cajani) in blackgram. Among all the treatments, the application of Pseudomonas fluorescens @ 10 g per kg as seed treatment was able to reduce the number of cysts and number of juveniles and increased the plant growth parameters and yield.
