ABSTRACT
Treatment G3 (GA 100 ppm) with 30.52% fruit-set under prebloom spray and 29.14% under fullbloom spray, were recorded to give the highest values for fruit set in kagzi lime. Prebloom and fullbloom sprays of N2 (NAA 50 ppm) produced the largest fruit size with 5.78 × 4.89cm and 5.31 × 3.83cm, respectively. Among all the treatments, N2 (NAA 50 ppm) occupied first rank for fruit weight with 60.53 gm under prebloom and 59.28 gm under fullbloom spray.Volume of fruits, under prebloom and fullbloom sprays of bioregulators was found to be the maximum as 65.83 ml and 53.33 ml, respectively, with N2 (NAA 50 ppm) treatment. G3 (GA 100 ppm), when applied as prebloom spray, exhibited the lowest number (3.67) of seeds per fruit. While, the maximum seeds (11.20) per fruit were recorded under I1 (IBA 25 ppm). Under fullbloom spray, the minimum number of seeds (2.33) per fruit was recorded with N3 (NAA 100 ppm), while I1 (IBA 25 ppm) treatment produced the maximum number of seeds (9.67) per fruit. N1 (NAA 25 ppm) treatment under prebloom and fullbloom sprays exhibited the earliest maturity of fruits with 167 and 169 days, respectively.
