ABSTRACT
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of different agrochemicals on yield and quality of Alphonso mango (Mangifera indica L.) during December 2008 to July 2009 at the Central Experiment Station, Wakawali, Maharashtra. Treatment T6 i.e. SOP (2kg) + Chelated calcium (0.03%) showed significantly maximum number of fruits per tree (149.66 fruits/tree) while treatment T9 i.e. SOP (2kg) + dolomite (2kg) + Chelated calcium (0.03%) + ABA (50ppm) showed significantly maximum yield (39.79 kg/tree). In S.F., S.D. and T.R. category of fruits treatment T7 i.e. Dolomite (2kg) + ABA (50ppm) showed maximum fruit weight i.e. 301.66g, 303.66g and 294.33g respectively over other treatments.
