ABSTRACT
The present investigation was undertaken to assess the effect of different storage conditions on quality parameters of the seedless lemon fruits. From harvest to the end of shelf life of lemon fruits, amongst all the storage condition under study ambient storage condition found significantly maximum T.S.S., reducing sugar, total sugar and pH. While in low temperature storage recorded best retention of ascorbic acid content and acidity from harvest to the end of shelf life.
