ABSTRACT
A field study were conducted at Cotton Research Station, Junagadh Agricultural University, Junagadh during 3 consecutive kharif 2013 to 2015 for the purpose of to evaluate the response of foliar nutrition on yield parameters and economics of Bt cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L.) under irrigated condition. The experiment was laid out in Randomized block design with four replication and six treatment along with control. Three foliar spray of water soluble fertilizer of 1 % (19-19-19, NPK) at flowering, boll formation and boll development stage of the Bt cotton in addition to RDF (240-50-150 NPK kg/ha) can produce significantly higher sympodial branch per plant(13.6) and number of boll per plant (27.30). This result can reflects and produce significantly higher seed cotton yield (1802 kg/ha) as compared to rest of treatments. Application of 1 % (19-19-19, NPK) at flowering, boll formation and boll development stage of the Bt cotton also registered the higher gross return, net return and B:C ratio.
