ABSTRACT
The present experiment was carried out during 2018 to 2019 in Central Horticulture Research Farm of Department of Horticulture, SHUATS, Prayagraj. The experiment was conducted in Randomized Block Design with 09 treatment replicated thrice. The treatments were T1 (control), T2 (0.2% Boron), T3 (0.4% Boron), T4 (0.6% Boron), T5 (0.8% Boron), T6 (50 ppm GA3), T7 (100 ppm GA3), T8 (150 ppm GA3), T9 (200 ppm GA3). From the present investigation it is found that treatment T3 (0.4% Boron) in case of boron and T7 (100 ppm GA3) in case of GA3 were found superior in terms of plant height, crown height, plant girth, no. of flowers, no. of fruit set percentage, no. of fruit, average fruit weight, fruit yield per plant, length of fruit, width of fruit, pulp thickness, T.S.S., acidity and cost benefit ratio.
Key words :
Boron, GA3 (Gibberellic acid), B:C ratio, Growth & yield attributes.
