ABSTRACT
During the rabi season 2008-09 a field study was conducted at Akola (M.S.) to assess nitrogen levels and spacing on growth and yield of broccoli. The growth contributing characters viz., plant height, leaves per plant, stem diameter and leaf area recorded maximum value with higher dose of nitrogen (200 kg N ha-1) under wider spacing (60x60 cm). Also the curd weight found maximum at higher dose of nitrogen (200 kg N ha-1) under wider spacing (60x60cm). While curd yield per plot and per hectare were found maximum at higher dose of nitrogen ( 200 kg N ha-1) under closer spacing (60x60 cm).
