ABSTRACT
An experiment on economical influence of panchagavya on growth, nutrient uptake, microbial count and yield of cowpea was conducted at Agronomy Instructional Farm, Chimanbhai Patel College of Agriculture, Sardarkrushinagar Dantiwada Agricultural University, Sardarkrushinagar during 2011. Maximum net realization of ` 34614 ha-1 with BCR of 4.25 was obtained from the treatment T1 (RDF) followed by treatment T6 (Foliar spray of Panchagavya 3 % at 20 & 40 DAS) with ` 33680 ha-1 and BCR of 3.22. The lowest net profit of ` 22085 ha-1 with BCR of 2.35 was accrued under treatment T3 (Soil application of Panchagavya 6 % at 20 & 40 DAS).
