ABSTRACT
All three elderly mixes have been developed from quality protein maize having well balanced amino acid
composition. These elderly mixes can surely be kept for four month. To study the effect of elderly mix on three types food mixture of prepared viz., - Geriatric mix- I (maize- 1000gm, whole mung-100gm, skimmed milk powder -300gm, chocolate powder -100gm, sugar powder-400gm), Geriatric mix- II (maize -600gm, bengalgram-75gm, gingelly seed -75gm , carrot-1500gm) , Geriatric mix III-(maize -1500gm , wholemung-225gm, makhana -225gm, chocolate powder -100gm).
