ABSTRACT
The study was conducted in CET in Dryland Agriculture Technology Dr. PDKV, Akola (Maharashtra), six Training Courses on Dryland Agriculture Technology from 1996 to 2003 were purposively selected for study. An experimental design of social research was used. Topics covered, utility of same, gain in knowledge, fulfillment of expectations, practical orientation, relevancy of reading material, quality of training imparted by faculty, By taking in to account the same indicators/ dimensions of training effectiveness was workout. Majority of trainees in almost all 6 NTCs on Dryland Agriculture Technology were found in effective level of training effectiveness level.
