ABSTRACT
Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Pratapgarh conducted 90 front line demonstrations on fenugreek in 23.0 hectare area under real farming situations from 2012-13 to 2015-16 at farmers' fields of five adopted villages Navgoava, Chupna, Feradi, Fethgarh and Movai of Tehsil Arnod of Pratapgarh (Raj). All the 5 villages where FLDs were conducted by KVK included in the study. The total sample size was 180 consisting of 90 beneficiary and 90 non-beneficiary farmers. There was significant difference in existing adoption of beneficiary and non- beneficiary respondents by the fenugreek growing farmers.
There was significant difference in existing adoption of beneficiary and non-beneficiary farmers with Improved Practices of Fenugreek. There was found similar trends of extent of adoption between beneficiary and non-beneficiary farmers.
