ABSTRACT
Efficacy of rynaxypyr 20 SC at two different dosages for the management of tobacco caterpillar, Spodoptera exigua on cabbage was investigated during 2009-2010. Rynaxypyr @ 30 g a.i. /ha emerged as an effective treatment in reducing larval population of Spodoptera exigua and recorded lower per cent head damage and higher marketable cabbage heads per hectare.
