ABSTRACT
DNA analysis of seven isolates with 10 primers showed amplification of total 167 bands, with a range of 16 to 17 bands per primer. Overall, Fusarium pallidoroseum isolates exhibited a moderate level of genetic diversity. The maximum 20 bands were generated by a primer OPF- 7. Clustering pattern of dendrogram generated by using the pooled molecular data of 10 RAPD loci indicated that two clusters namely 1 and 2 were formed. Cluster 1 includes five isolates viz., SRT, AND, AMD, LND and DSA, cluster 2 includes two isolates DHD and VSN. The similarity coefficient ranged from 0.19 to 0.36 with all the 10 primers. The highest polymorphism (100 %) was showed by the primer OPA-2, OPA-6, OPE-1, OPE-5, OPF-2, OPF-3 Whereas, the lowest polymorphism (93.75%) was observed in the primer OPA-3, OPA-5 andOPF-8.
