ABSTRACT
The highest weight, volume of apple, diameter of nut, length of apple and ascorbic acid content was recorded in Vengurla-4,however highest weight and volume of nut was recorded in Vengurla-7 while Vengurla-6 recorded highest length of nut. The highest diameter of proximal, middle, distal end and average diameter of apple were recorded in Vengurla-3. Minimum acidity and highest sugar content of apple were noted in Vengurla-2, while maximum TSS and minimum pH were noted in Vengurla-5. Yellow colour of apple were observed in Vengurla-1, Vengurla-3, Vengurla-5, Vengurla-6 and Vengurla-7 while in Vengurla-2 and Vengurla-4 red colour was observed.
