ABSTRACT
Soil samples were collected from conservation agriculture plot in different blocks such as zero tillage with mulch (ZTWM), zero tillage without mulch (ZTWTM), raised bed with mulch (RBWM), raised bed without mulch (RBWTM) and farmers practice (FP). Serial dilution was done to evaluate the population of bio-agents and result shown that the buildup of bio-agent populations such as Trichoderma (549.2X103 and 408.9X103 cfu g-1 of soil) and Pseudomonas (750.05 X 107 and 408.9X107 cfu g-1 of soil) was more in zero tillage with mulch of redgram and maize ecosystem and it was less in farmers practice Trichoderma (307.2X103 and 325.0X103 cfu g-1 of soil) and Fluorescent Pseudomonads (307.9X107 and 281.2X107 cfu g-1 of soil) respectively.
