Entrepreneurs play pivotal role in catalyzing economic growth as they are by nature job creators and the present study has taken yield of mango, as predicted variable and Income from intercrops, Income from mango crop, Size of mango orchard, Homestead area, Distance Matrix, Fuel consumption are some of the dependent variables with the objective to to delineate the general aspects of yield of mango in Malda district and West Bengal as well, to isolate and elucidate the predictor and predicted variables as operating and characterising the yield of mango in Malda, to estimate the inter and intra level relationship between and amongst the predicted variables related to yield of mango with a score of agro-ecological and socio-economic predictors and to generate micro level policy implications based on the empirical studies.
