ABSTRACT
A pot experiment was conducted during Rabi season in cage house, S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Jobner (Rajasthan) using completely randomized design with three replications. The treatments consisted of three levels of FYM (0, 5 and 10 t ha-1) and six levels of mineral nutrients (control, elemental sulphur @ 25 kg ha-1, elemental sulphur @ 25 kg ha-1, zinc sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1 + zinc sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1 + ferrous sulphate @ 50 kg ha-1 + copper sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1 + manganese sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1) were applied to the crop wheat var. Raj.-3077 as soil application with uniform application of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium as per recommended doses. The organic carbon content of the soil significantly increased but bulk density, ECe, pH2 of soil were decreased significantly with increasing level of FYM whereas the ECe of the soil was increased but pH2 of soil were decreased significantly with increasing level of FYM whereas, the ECe of the soil was increased but pH2 decreased significnalty with the supplementation of mineral nutrients S + Zn + FE+ Cu + Mn. The increasing levels of FYM application significantly increased grain and straw yields individually and in combination with mineral nutrients as compared to control. The highest grain and straw yield individually and in combination with mineral nutrients as compared to control. The highest grain and straw yield (10.70, 13.26 g pot-1) was obtained under the combined application of FYM @ 10 t ha-1 + mineral nutrients (elemental sulphur @ 25 kg ha-1 + zinc sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1 + ferrous sulphate @ 50 kg ha-1 + copper sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1 + manganese sulphate @ 25 kg ha-1).
